Ganzhou Food Street, Zhangye

Ganzhou Food Street, located on the Minzhudong Street, is a nice place for visitors to taste authentic Zhangye food. Different snack bars there offer all kinds of local specialties, such as Stewed Rice with Various Fixing Stuff, Cuo Yuzi, and Gray pea, Preserved Mutton, Sheet Jelly and Wheet Glutten and so on. With a tidy environment and many archaized buildings around the food street, the ancient Ganzhou (the ancient name of Zhangye) is reappearing in the street for the tourists. The snack bars are open from 6:00am till 4:00am.
