Zhanjiang people like to eat steamed crab. The way of making is special: clean the crab and steam it over a slow fire. The dish is done when you can smell the delicious aroma. The dish is very delicious as it keeps the natural flavor. When the local people eat the crab, they usually dip the meat into some sweet vinegar.
