Zhaotong vinegary hot jiaozi noodle is a delicious snack originating from Zhaotong, Yunnan. Jiaozi is in fact dumpling and noodle is as fine as hairs. Dumpling and noodle are rolled manually using flour mixed with eggs. Thin dumpling and fine noodle made this way taste extremely delicious.
