Zhang Sheng Ji Restaurant（张生记）is an old restaurant in Hangzhou with a long history. It’s famous both at home and abroad, mainly serving authentic Hangzhou dishes. Its famous dish, stewed duck with dried bamboo shoots, boasts thick soup and tender meat.
