Hangzhou is close to the Qiantang River. River branches crisscross the city with a well-developed water transportation system. Along the Grand Jing-Hang Canal, there is a passenger transport water route between Hangzhou and Suzhou . Passengers may board the boat on the Wulinmen passenger transport wharf. The wharf has passenger ships heading for Suzhou and Wuxi every day. The passenger ship heading for Suzhou leaves at 17:50 pm every day and arrives there at 7:00am the next day and returning from Suzhou at 17:30. The passenger ship heading for Wuxi leaves at 18:00 pm every day and arrives there at 8:00am the next day.

The boat fare from Hangzhou to Suzhou: Paradise pleasure boat, double room 130 yuan/person, quad room 88 yuan/person.

Wushan pleasure boat, double room 95 yuan/person,quad room 60 yuan/person Linshan pleasure boat, double room 78yuan/person, quad room upper deck 65yuan/person, lower deck 55yuan/person
