Brief introduction to the scenic spot:
There are seven scenic spots at Hengdian World Studios, the scenery of Emperor Qin Palace, Qing Ming Shang He Tu (the prosperous Street on the Spring Festival in the Song Dynasty), the Riverside Town in South China, Dazhi Temple, Guangzhou Street and Hong Kong Street, Palace of Ming and Qing Dynasties, Pingyan Caves. Those architectures show the history background from the Zhou Dynasty up to the modern times, which concentrate on the essence of Chinese People’s historic culture greatly.
Hengdian World Studios subordinates 13 shooting bases. There are two indoor shooting studios in Hengdian World Studios, with the area of 8,000 square meters. One of which is the largest one in China, with the area of 1,944 square meters and the height of 23 meters, while another with the area of 1080 square meters and the height of 21 meters. These two indoor shooting studios are designed with distinctive style, whose outer walls are one meter in thickness. Therefore, they can be filmed at the same time, because of their excellent sound insulation. Offices and over 3,000 square meters area of workshops are set up near the studios. In order to satisfy people’s needs when filming, the studios offer all kinds of professional services by skilled people, such as making props and costumes, building scenes, offering stage lighting, sounds and smoke if necessary. Therefore, the two indoor studios have become the largest-scale indoor filming sites, with the most complete supporting facilities and the longest historical span in China.
