According to the legend, it was popular beginning from “Renshou Temple of Ming Mountain” in Song Dynasty. At that time, many people came here to worship Budda. The fane provided a small cake composed of scallion, flour and tea oil, which was named scallion nectarine cake. The kind of cake was popular due to its fragrant and sweet taste.
