Quzhou city is situated in the west of Zhejiang Province and at the upper reach of the Qianjiang River, adjoining Fujian, Jiangxi, Anhui province, called "the thoroughfare leading to four provinces". Quzhou is a famous historical and cultural city. In the Han Dynasty, it was named as Xin’an, and as Sanqu in the Sui Dynasty. It was finally named as Quzhou in the Tang Dynasty. Quzhou, therefore, is an important city with 1800 years history in Southeast China.
Quzhou is a city with a long history, numerous resorts, various landforms and graceful hills.
