On June 8th, 2006, the center came into operation. With a five floors structure, it totally covers over 5,000 sq. m. On the fist day of its operation, it was crowded by Shaoxing people in favor of novelty. It seems that it is more popular than 2008 (short for the name of another entertainment center), and the big tailor-made screen is especially noticeable.
