Yushunlou Restaurant was first open in 1920 and was then regarded as the most famed restaurant of Yu (the short name of Henan province) cuisine. Bombed out in 1938, it was reopened in 1999. Its architecture is of the classical style and the environment is quiet and graceful. You can taste both Chuan (short for Sichuan Province) cuisine and Yu cuisine there. The cooks of the restaurant are extremely good at making delicacies. If you want to taste the Chuan and Yu cuisines, it will not disappoint you.
