The old town looks old, filled with broken Tibetan buildings. The town is now under maintenance and renovations, molded on the old town of Lijiang. Hostels and bars geared up to travelers continuous to open in recent years, which soon will create a busy tourist destination. But now, it sees very few travelers, probably due to its shabby looks.
