It’s a traditional specialty with a long history of 500 years, first be made at the end of Ming Dynasty (1368A.D. – 1644A.D.) A man lived in Zhenyang Town brewed the vinegar with the water in age-old wells and rare Chinese traditional medicine. Exquisite techniques give it unique features as a sour aroma, a strong flavor, a pure color, and a palatable taste. It was the articles of tribute in Ming Dynasty and Qing Dynasty (1368A.D. – 1911A.D.)
