Beijing Arrival

Upon arrival, your Beijing tour guide will give your family a big warm welcome. Check in hotel and rest.



Tiananmen Square, The Forbidden City, Hutong Tour in Dongcheng District, Learn to apply Facial Makeup for the Beijing opera, Lizexiang Pearl Store

Not just a public square, the Tian'anmen Square is an important landmark for the Beijingers. This morning, your family will walk across the vast square and enter the Forbidden City. Also known as Royal Palace Museum or Gugong Museum, a visit at the Forbidden City goes deep into the political as well as day-to-day life of the royal court.

Have lunch in a local restaurant.

Take a rickshaw into the Hutong in Dongcheng District. The Peking Opera facial make-up always awes foreigners, this afternoon you will get a chance to learn this old art in a Hutong house.

    Embrace a lovely morning. Later, your family will get to the Temple of Heaven.

    Later, your Beijing tour guide will escort you to the Great Wall at Mutianyu Section. Take a cable car uphill and slide way down hill.

    Have lunch before getting back to Beijing.

  • Take a boat trip on Kunming Lake in Summer Palace, a good choice for a breezy day.

  • Besides Wangfujing Mall, you can buy something very "Chinese" at Panjiayuan Antique Market or Liulichang Street.

    Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Xian City Wall with Bicycle, , Shaanxi History Museum, Muslim Quarters

    After simple breakfast, you will get to the Ancient City Wall, where a saunter is coming along. The Ancient City Wall used to function as a defense system back in the Ming Dynasty.

    At noon, your family will have a class learning to make dumplings. Have fun!

    Visit Shaanxi History Museum get know the history of China. and then visit The Big Wild Goose Pagoda in the Ci'en Temple enshrines a number of Buddhist scriptures that Monk Xuan Zang brought back from India during the Tang Dynasty. After this site, your family will go to Muslim Quartersto find some local snacks.

    Xian to Shanghai by Flight No. TBA

    One of the most remarkable features of the famous Terracotta Army is that, each of the over-7,000 soliders comes in different sizes and styles, including beards, hairstyles and facial expressions. It is like they are still guarding the tomb of Qin Shihuang, the first emperor of China. After a couple of hours at this incredible site, you will stop by an art center.

    Later today, you will fly to Shanghai. Check in upon arrival.



    The Bund, Oriental Pearl TV Tower(INCL Shanghai History Museum), Yuyuan Garden, Yuyuan Market, Jiangnan Silk Shop and Workshop


    In the morning, your family will walk along The Bund. Take a ferry to get to the other side, where you will get on the top of the Oriental Pearl TV Tower and visit Shanghai History Museum inside the tower. Have lunch in a gracefully-decorated restaurant.

    In the afternoon, your family will get to Yuyuan Garden and take a free walk along the romantic Fomer French Concession.
