Amazing Zhangjiajie Tour from Shanghai

Go to Zhangjiajie from Shanghai and our guide will transfer you to the hotel and have a short rest. And then we will start our natural explore trip.

Take a cable car up to Tianzi Mountain and you will see amazing views of grotesque peaks thrusting up below. Walking along the steps by steps enjoy all the natural sceneries. Have a simple Chinese style lunch on the local restaurant on the mountain.

In the afternoon, we will take shuttle bus to Yuanjiajie Scenic Area where you could see Avatar’s Hallelujah Mountain. And then we will take fastest sightseeing elevator- Bailong Elveator down the mountain and it takes only two minutes.

Back to the hotel near Zhangjiajie Natinal Park and have a rest.

Travel tip:

Today we will visit Yangjiajie Scenic Area. With less people and pristine natural beauty, it takes a bit of an adventure to climb up and down the steep and sometimes narrow steps for the superb view. You will need to climb for about one hour, besides taking a cable car, to get up and down.

Today we will visit the famous Glass Bridge which is in Grand Canyon.

Zhangjiajie Glass Bridge is the longest in the world. Walking along the glass bridge 300 meters above ground-level will be one of the coolest experiences of your tour!

And after have a lunch, we will head to Baofeng Lake to enjoy crystal clear water.

The Glass Entrance tickets can only be obtained by reservation and only 8,000 per day. Book with us as soon as possible and seize the opportunity!

After breakfast in the hotel, we will drive four hours to Fenghuang Ancient Town. The ancient city is at the western border of Hunan and by the riverside of beautiful Tuo River. Take a cruise along the river to have a better view of the old houses that lined the river. It is an ancient city drenched in incalculable legends.

Have a tea on the river front enjoy your holiday and find a local restaurant taste dishes.

Enjoy your free time in the ancient town until you are transfer to airport fly to Shanghai. You are suggested walk around the town in the early morning. The town being very serene and peaceful and you could see all the old wooden architectural homes and stone buildings! And local people washing their clothes in the river as well as washing vegetables.

At night, our tour guide will escort you to the airport in Zhangjiajie and you will fly back to Shanghai. Upon arrivale, our Shanghai tour guide will take you back to hotel or home.
