Here there is a comparison with different transport ways from People’s Square to Pudong International Airport to prove subway is the cheapest and Maglev train is the fastest way. If you are in People’s Square, there is detail transport information to help you to Pudong International Airport.

2. Taxi

It usually takes about 45 minutes without traffic jam, but it maybe 1 to 2 hours during rush hours. The cost is about 160 RMB. It is the most expensive and convenient way to Pudong International Airport, however, travelers need to leave much earlier or it will be a trouble when you meet a traffic jam.

3. Maglev train

It is an about 40-minute journey from People’s Square to the airport. Travelers can take Metro Line 2 to Longyang Road with a ticket of 4 RMB and transfer to Maglev train.
