Club Center (CC)

This club enjoys the reputation of being the best and the most visited in Lan Kwai Fong area. In fact, the only complaint that both local and foreigners have is that the club attracts too many people particularly during weekends. Other than that, Club Center or more popular known as CC is considered by many as the best club to check out when in Chengdu. Established only at the latter part of 2010, it is considered one of the newest in the area. It boasts the most high tech stage lighting, cutting edge fashion trend, and world-class audio-visual and projection equipment. The club attracts fashionistas and Chengdu’s elite, western-educated crowd.

Chengdu Babi Club

Babi Club, which is located at Hollywood Business Square in Sichuan, is currently one of the hottest and must-visit clubs in the area. It features chilled and R&B music and is known for its friendly crowd. Foreign tourists are often surprised to get invited by someone to join their group or when they are offered free beer. Babi is committed to making sure that each guest will find a melody that they can relate to. So, they offer two separate sections within the club where they play different music that party people can relate to. Aside from R&B, they also play hip hop, slow rock, and alternative music. Jun Ping Road

For tourists who wants to have a wide variety of choices, Jun Ping Road is one of the most recommended places to visit. The street is the home to over 20 bars and each night, it is packed with both locals and foreign tourists. Aside from its friendly atmosphere, it is also famous for offering very reasonable prices. Drinking choice abound, one can have a dozen of Heineken beers or Budweiser for just 150RMB. The place, which is reminiscent of Bourbon Street in New Orleans, is where you can find some of the top bars which include Jing Jie Bar which features an all-weather balcony, cozy floor mat seating, inviting loft, and numerous dice for your Chinese drinking games cravings.

If you’re into bar hopping, check out Cheng Xin Bar and Rainbow Pub lined on the same street. The first one offers live sexy performance and boasts modern Chinese style décor. Rainbow Pub, on the other hand, offers tourists with more soothing atmosphere. However, it stands out from the crowd as it offers the widest choices of colored drinks.

Carol’s By the River, which is perfect for older crowd, serves a wide variety of Western dishes and offers relaxed atmosphere.

Aptly name as Castle Club, the place is really made to look like one. A famous bar on Jiu Yan Qiao for several years, it is popular for offering unique on-stage performances, great music, and for its friendly crowd. Although its overall design is behind when compared to other bars lining up on the same street, it still attracts huge crowd because the place has a mysterious attractive quality. If you’re planning to do some bar hopping at Jiu Yan Qiao, it is recommended to start here as the peak hour is from 11pm to 12mn.

Club 88-Shao Ling Lu

Recently redecorated, it has successfully rebranded itself and has attracted even more party-goers. It features interesting choice of music and friendly crowd. Partygoers typically rave until 3am-4am.
