Chaweng Beach

The Chaweng Beach is a 7-kilometer-long, crescent-shaped beach located on the eastern coast of Samui Island. It is the longest and the most popular bustling beach on the island. Hotels and resorts occupy the beach, and there are bars, restaurants, shops, diving schools and some other places of entertainment on the beach road. It is indeed a popular tourist destination and the center of nightlife there.

The soft and white sand on the beach matches perfectly with the blue sea. Various water recreation facilities are available, such as sailing boats, water scooters and snorkeling, all of which can help you enjoy a pleasant vacation there. At the variety of restaurants on the beach, you can taste traditional Thai cuisine as well as the fresh and delicious local seafood.

How to Get There?

Only buses are available from Ko Samui Airport to Chaweng Beach with the fare of 100 THB to the north of the beach and 120 THB to the south of the beach. From the debarkation of ferries at Nathon Pier to Chaweng Beach, it costs 50 THB per person by taking Tuk Tuk.
