Then step into the majestic Forbidden City, the largest and best-preserved ancient imperial complex in the world. Immerse yourself in the fascinating history of the Ming and Qing dynasties. Expect to walk about 2 kilometers over two hours.
After a delicious local lunch, join a Hutong Walking Tour in the Dongcheng District. These historic alleyways, with their traditional courtyard houses, are a glimpse into old Beijing. Wander through the narrow lanes, visit a local family to experience traditional life, and learn about efforts to preserve this unique culture. This tour covers about 800 meters.

To make your visit even easier, we’ve arranged a round-trip cable car ride, so you can skip the 40-minute climb and enjoy the stunning scenery right away. Once you reach the Wall, you’ll have some free time to wander and take in the sights after your guide shares some fascinating insights.

After the Summer Palace, head to the iconic Beijing Olympic Stadiums. These impressive venues hosted the 2008 Summer Olympics and the 2022 Winter Olympics. While you’ll only be able to admire the Bird’s Nest and the Water Cube from the outside, their unique designs are sure to leave you in awe!
Later today, you will be flying to Guangzhou. Our local Beijing tour guide will see you off at the airport. Transferring to Guangzhou will be your own arrangement.
