Visit Chengdu Giant Panda Base (with battery car service included). As one of the best places to see giant pandas, the reserve provides these cute national treasures with a natural habitat. The battery-powered vehicle included in the tour package lets you easily visit areas where the pandas eat, play, and rest, offering you a close-up view.

Have an ordinary lunch featuring local snacks such as Long Chao Shou (Sichuan-style wontons). These snacks are full of Sichuan flavor, giving you a taste of the local cuisine.

After lunch, visit People's Park, a classic Chengdu public park where locals gather. Sit in the century-old teahouse, sip Sichuan tea, and watch traditional tea-pouring performances (Biancha) to feel the slow life of Chengdu.

Then, take a leisurely walk through the Kuanzhai Alley. Three parallel ancient alleys with Qing Dynasty-style architecture. Explore boutique shops, traditional snack stalls, and old courtyard houses, experiencing the blend of old and new Chengdu.

In the evening, we arrange a Shufeng Yayun Sichuan Opera Show for you. This is a top Sichuan opera performance venue. Enjoy brilliant shows like face-changing (Bianlian), spitting fire (Tuhuo), and Sichuan folk music, with comfortable seating and excellent sound effects.

Take the train to Jiuzhaigou from Chengdu, meet your guide and driver at the railway station, and transfer to Huanglong Scenic Area.

The Huanglong Scenic Area (including the Huanglong Cableway for the uphill journey) is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is famous for its colorful calcified pools, which resemble a golden dragon lying in the mountains under the sunlight. The cableway takes you to the top easily, and battery cars shuttle between key spots to avoid tiring walks.

Jiuzhaigou Valley is a world-famous natural reserve. Known for its crystal-clear lakes (like Five-Flower Lake and Mirror Lake), magnificent waterfalls (like Nuorilang Waterfall), and lush forests. The sightseeing bus runs through the scenic area, allowing you to get on and off freely to explore each beautiful spot.

We will pick you up from your hotel in Jiuzhaigou and take you to the railway station, where you will catch a train to Chengdu. You will then change trains to Chongqing.

Notes: There is no direct trains from Jiuzhai Valley to Chengdu, the most efficient way is to take a train from Jiuzhaigou to Chengdu, and then transfer to a train from Chengdu to Chongqing.

Pick up from your hotel in the morning, first go to experience the Yangtze River Cableway (one-way) – an iconic transportation tool in Chongqing. Take the cableway to enjoy the panoramic view of the Yangtze River, the two banks of the river, and the unique mountain city skyline.

Then, to Longmenhao Old Street (including one local dessert or coffee, 50 yuan per person), A renovated old street with a history of over 100 years. Walk on the bluestone roads, visit old buildings with Western-style and Chinese-style architecture, and enjoy a sweet local dessert (like brown sugar glutinous rice cakes) or a cup of coffee in a niche shop.

Hongyadong is a must-visit attraction in Chongqing. Modeled after the stilted buildings of the Bashu region, it looks like a "fairyland on earth" when the lights are on at night. Walk on the different floors, visit shops and restaurants, and enjoy the night view of the Jialing River.

Dinner at Pipayuan Hot Pot – A famous hot pot restaurant in Chongqing, known for its spicy and fragrant soup base and fresh ingredients.

Visit Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street after dinner, which is a commercial center of Chongqing. Admire the Jiefangbei Monument (a landmark of Chongqing), shop in large malls, and taste local street snacks.

Start your morning with a trip to the 1,000-year-old Ciqikou Ancient Town. Walk along the stone streets, visit ancient temples such as Baolun Temple, buy local specialties such as Ciqikou peanut candy and handmade noodles, and sample street snacks. After soaking up the old-town charm, head to Shancheng Lane, a short drive away.

Shancheng Lane is a narrow lane built into a mountain. It has a history of over 80 years and features old bungalows, small gardens, and unique shops. Walk up the lane to enjoy the unique mountain city landscape – the gentle climb is the perfect way to warm up for the day's explorations. Next, take a 20-minute taxi ride to the iconic Liziba Light Rail Station.

Liziba Light Rail Station is a world-famous 'railway in a building' attraction. Watch the light rail train pass through a residential building – a unique sight in this mountainous city.

Kuixing Tower is a landmark building in Chongqing. It boasts a distinctive architectural style, and you can climb to the top to enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding area, where elevated walkways, old neighborhoods, and distant skyscrapers converge. To end the day with a touch of modernity, take a 30-minute subway ride to Guanghuan Shopping Park.

The last stop is Guanghuan Shopping Park is a modern shopping mall with a unique 'indoor forest' design. It has a large indoor green space and a Ferris wheel, as well as various brand stores. It's an ideal place to relax or pick up last-minute souvenirs after a day of historical and cultural exploration.l.
