Avatar Hallelujah Mountains
The Hallelujah Mountains rise in Yuanjiajie, the most visited area of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. To reach the best observation deck, you’ll take a ride on the world’s highest outdoor elevator—the Bailong Elevator. After ascending 326 meters, you’ll step into the breathtaking world of Avatar.

Today, you will visit Tianmen Mountain and Furong Town, before transferring to Fenghuang.
Tianmen Mountain
Tianmen Mountain is renowned for its 131.5-meter-high Tianmen Cave, which is located in the middle of the mountain. There are 999 steps leading from the foot of the mountain to the huge cave, and many Chinese people believe that climbing these steps brings good luck.
Furong Town
Say goodbye to the natural wonders of Zhangjiajie and head to Furong Town, a historic riverside town in western Hunan Province. The town is home to the Tujia ethnic group, whose ancestors built it over 2,000 years ago. The well-preserved stilted houses along the river showcase traditional Tujia architecture and attract thousands of visitors every year.

Fenghuang is another ancient town built by the Tujia people. Once the political and economic center of southwest China, it was home to many famous historical figures. Their well-preserved residences can still be seen today. The Tuo River, regarded as the mother river of Fenghuang, flows gently through the town — you will take a ferry ride along it to admire the charming riverside scenery. After today's tour, you will be transferred back to Zhangjiajie for tomorrow's flight.
