Welcome to Vietnam. Meet your guide and driver at the exit of arrival at Hanoi International Airport. Transfer and kick back to your hotel. You can cope with jet lag and refresh after a long flight.

DAY 2 Full-Day Hanoi City Highlights Tour with Old Quarter Cyclops Ride

Explore the charming city of Hanoi with its Old Quarter and colonial architecture. Visit the historic Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (close on Monday & Friday), you can enter the mausoleum to view his embalmed body on a glass guarded by soldiers.

Just behind the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum is a quaint, tranquil reconstructed Pagoda-One Pillar Pagoda, which also has a small temple behind it.

Next, visit the Temple of Literature, A precious historical relic to learn about the history and culture of Vietnam.

In the afternoon, visit the fascinating Museum of Ethnology (closed on Mondays) which houses an extensive collection of traditional costumes and artifacts. Drive back to central Hanoi for a 1-hour cyclo tour through the Old Quarter.

Watching traditional water puppet performances at the theater, which is uniquely northern Vietnamese art.

Trip note: The Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum is closed every Monday & Friday, all afternoons and from September until December.

DAY 9 One-day tour of Banteay Srei, the Land Mine Museum, and Tonle Sap Lake Excursion (sunset cocktail on the lake )

DAY 11 Classical one-day Bangkok Tour, Monks' Chanting at Wat Pho, Grand Palace, Temple of Emerald Buddha, Long-tailed Boat Ride

Ready to explore the bustling capital of Thailand? Firstly head to Wat Pho, famed as the oldest and largest temple complex in Bangkok, you can see many people come to pray. The huge lying Buddha is definitely worth a visit.

After that, you will take a tuk-tuk ride via Pak Klong Talad Flower Market towards the spectacular Grand Palace.

Take a visit to the Grand Palace, the architecture and detail which applies to every building leave you in awe. The Emerald Buddha is located inside the Palace.

Take a ride on a long-tail boat through the ancient canals of Thonburi to a royal temple Wat Arun.

Walk across the river and drive to Chinatown for a glance at old Bangkok.

Note: Women need to wear a full skirt, no sleeveless tops are allowed. Kids and Men - No shorts allowed. This is pretty much the same at Temples and Wats in Thailand.

DAY 13 Chiang Mai City Lifestyle Experience, Mountain Doi Suthep Half Day Tour with a Rickshaw Ride

Morning visit to a vibrant food and flower market where local Thais do their shopping.

Continue to Wat Suan Dok, many little chedis, and some of them contain the ashes of the former royal family of Chiang Mai.

Drive 30min to Doi Suthep Mountain, and walk up to the top there is a splendid temple with many Buddha statues and cravings. Walk around the top rewarded with a panoramic outlook of the city.

Return to Chiang Mai and enjoy a 20min rickshaw ride to discover the old town before returning to your hotel.

DAY 14 One Day Memorial Experience at Elephant Jungle Sanctuary (No Elephant Riding, Private Transfers, Join-in-Activities)
