Zhangjiajie in Spring

Zhangjiajie National Park, home to the famous Hallelujah Mountain, is beautiful in April. As flowers bloom and the plants spurt into high-growth, the green environment really brings the mountains alive. The mild spring weather means that all of the attractions of the park are available, however, views may not always be good due to heavy cloud cover.

However, Zhangjiajie is located in the monsoon region of central China, so visitors should be prepared for rain. As the weather in April gets more and more beautiful, tourists take note, so any visitors should expect quite a few other tourists, with all of the inconvenience and extra expense that comes with it.
