West Street - A Foreign Street

What to Eat on West Street
Beer Fish
Yangshuo Beer Fish is one of Guangxi's top ten classic dishes and the signature local specialty of Yangshuo. The fish has thick meat with few bones, a tender yet springy texture, and no muddy taste.
